Five amended drafts followed between Jul 13 and Oct 9, each marked as confidentially submitted. Three of their covers give a submission date earlier than EDGAR's filing date: Jul 10, Sep 3 and Sep 30."

      },

        "p": "On Oct 26, Anthropic [filed its S-1 publicly](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2130357/000162828026067168/anthropicpbc-sx1.htm) and [announced](https://www.anthropic.com/news/s1-sec) that it intends to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “ANT”. The announcement said the number of shares and the price range “have not yet been determined”, and that the registration statement “has not yet become effective.”"
